What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your items sooner.

Where are Velvet by Graham & Spencer clothes manufactured?
We are proud to manufacture much of our collection in the USA, specifically in Los Angeles, to ensure the highest quality craftsmanship and support local production.
How should I care for my Velvet garments?
To maintain the longevity of our premium fabrics, we recommend following the specific care instructions on the inner label. Most of our cotton and jersey pieces are machine washable on a gentle cycle, while silks and cashmeres often require dry cleaning.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
